Our mission is to guide men and women along their personal paths by helping them seek, find, and keep suitable, fulfilling employment. Since its inception in 1985, GenesisJobs has helped over 3500 people find jobs.</SPAN><BR><BR> <SPAN class="header1">Our Business Community Relationships</SPAN><BR> <SPAN class="paragraph1">With no government funding and no fees, GenesisJobs' support comes solely through private, non-governmental means. Hundreds of Baltimore companies supply jobs, volunteers, funds and services to GenesisJobs. Each year the network is expanded to ensure the very best opportunities are made available to GenesisJobs clients.</SPAN><BR><BR> <SPAN class="header1">Our Atmosphere</SPAN><BR> <SPAN class="paragraph1">GenesisJobs is located in a two-story former church rectory with meeting rooms that are attractively furnished and comfortable. Believing that individuals tend to conduct themselves in accordance with the manner in which they are treated, we work hard to maintain an atmosphere that is at once warm, welcoming, and business-like.</SPAN><BR><BR> <SPAN class="header1">Our Underlying Spirit</SPAN><BR> <SPAN class="paragraph1">Quite simply stated, all that GenesisJobs offers is characterized by a respect for the dignity of the individual, and compassion for the difficult circumstances in which any unemployed individual finds himself or herself. To have a job can be the genesis for essential self-esteem.</SPAN><BR><BR> <SPAN class="header1">Our Process</SPAN><BR> <SPAN class="paragraph1">From the telephone receptionist who first speaks to candidates to the follow-up counselors and workshop trainers that enhance their career paths, GenesisJobs guides and supports the job seeker throughout our process.
